Click yes if it asks to overwirte anything. For example, if i want to install the Harley Quinn Mod for R Mika, i will copy the folders CED (character code for R Mika) and EAB (character code for Nadeshiko) into \Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Chara. Now if you want to install a Mod, just copy and paste on the right folder. Rename the Paks folder ( \Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Paks) to PaksBackup Make a backup of the folder Chara, located on Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Chara in case you want to undo any color or costume changes you've done Once the extraction finishes, go to the folder Out, copy everything and paste it on \Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV Open extract-all.bat, the program will start extracting all the game files and will save them on the folder Out Download this and paste everything on \Steam\steamapps\common\StreetFighterV\StreetFighterV\Content\Paks.
