It shares the same development testing textures as the test room and it has a functional exit to the Soul Tombs in front of the soul gate. No lever is present, we can't break the windows at all and there's no exit points programmed into the room exits. Pretty similar to one of The Tower's rooms. Before you ask, Reptile's pet snake does not make an appearance. Players who try to walk there will fall through the floor. The columns are intact albeit with glitched out textures while the final floor segment is glitched and lacks any sort of collision. The map is devoid of enemies and the statue nearby cannot be destroyed even with the Fist of Ruin ability. Pretty similar to the first parts of the Living Forest area. A few grabbable objects can be found here as well as some untextured blocks with image resolutions printed on them. Much like the last map, a Tarkata will try climbing up at the player and will fall out of the map. Overall, this is a great beat them up game that stayed true to Mortal Kombat fans past and future.A map similar to the chamber where the player fights Baraka. * Lots of backtrackin g where you play areas over and over again in order to gain access to areas restricted till future moves are learned. * Once you are playing in single mode or co-op mode, you can't change from one to the other. * Hours upon hours of fun unlocking hidden characters and features (like Mortal Kombat II) * Faithful Mortal Kombat prior exprience is NOT needed * Seemless fighting with complex moves combined into a button push or two * Painstaking recreation of fighting areas but better, cooler and you get to use Mortal Kombat signature moves! Gone is the one on one fighting style but you are now emersed in a 3D environment similar to that of Double Dragon and Streets of Rage. This is a 3D action fighting game from Mortal Kombat. The boss fights are especially fun and not to mention the fatalities. It's not "pull your hair out" hard nor is it too easy.

I bought this mainly because it has the Mortal Kombat 2 arcade game in it as an unlockable feature which is great. You get to pick Liu Kang, Kung Lao and with special codes, you can also be either Scorpion or Sub Zero (which is a big plus) to beat the game! Reminds me of the music found in Mortal Kombat 2. The music and sound effects are typical to Mortal Kombat titles and that's a good thing, especially if your an MK fan like me. This effect seems to blur out any jagged edges, so I guess that's a good thing. Everything seems like it's glowing a bit. The graphics are decent/nice, but nothing ground breaking. It really depends on who you're playing with. For some reason, it felt a bit more tedious with 2 players. I enjoyed the game for the most part, especially in single player mode more so than the 2 player mode.
